This is the only lotion that works on my husbands extremely dry hands. He works in a foundry and his fingers were splitting and the pain in his hands were throbbing. This is the only lotion that he has found that works 100%. It is spendy so he opted not to have me purchase more for him and now he is begging me to buy him more as his fingers are once again splitting.

I ordered this lotion for my mom over Christmas. Two days later the lotion price was cut in half. I emailed them to ask them to refund the difference or if I had to return and buy again to get the difference. They never emailed me back. The lotion is good, but the communication is lousy. There is no way to talk to anyone if there is a problem.
