What browsers can be used on your site?
We have made every effort to make our web site browser neutral. It has been tested with Internet Explorer, including IE5.5, Netscape browsers, and the latest Mozilla and Opera browsers. Our site uses basic HTML that should be interpreted similarly by most browers, however due to the differences in how many browsers render basic HTML, you may find some problems or unusual behavior that we did not find in testing. If so, please use our feedback form and let us know. Please include the problem, what page the problem occured on (please copy the URL from the address or location bar on your browser), what browser and version you are using, and what operating system you are using. We will do our best to correct any problems you might come across.

Your graphics look terrible. I can hardly tell what your header graphic is.
AOL users may see the header and footer graphics looking really dithered or blurred and may not be able to read the links on the header or footer graphics. The reason is that AOL turns on image compression by default and this can sometimes cause unpredictable results. Consult your AOL help reference for instructions on turning off image compression if it is doing strange things to images.

I have purchased products from your old web site. Do I need to create an account on your new site?
Yes, if you have not ordered from our new site before, you will need to create an account. The reason for this is that our old web site did not use customer accounts. Once you have created an account, you will be able to login using your email address and password the next time you want to place an order.

How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Items can be added to your shopping cart from any one of the product pages. Below each product description is a list of different items available for that product (such as a 6 oz. bottle or a 12 oz bottle). Click the "add to cart" link next to the item size and price description to add that item to your cart.

How do I view or edit my shopping cart?
If you have added an item to your shopping cart, then on the "home" page or any of the product pages, you will see links under the "Shop our Site!" menu on the side for viewing or editing your cart. You can edit your cart by using one of these links and changing the quantity of an item. Also, if your shopping cart is not empty, when you are viewing any of the product pages, you will see your shopping cart at the top of the page. You can use the "edit cart" link on your shopping cart to change item quantities. If you want to remove something from your cart, change the quantity to 0 (zero). When you click one of the "Update Cart" buttons, your changes will be saved. You must use one of the "Update Cart" buttons, or else the changes you made to any item quantities will not take effect.

How do I checkout once I've added something to my shopping cart?
If you have added an item to your shopping cart, you will see your cart at the top of the page on the product catalog pages. On the cart is a link to "Checkout". Also, there is a link to "Checkout" from the "Edit Cart" page.
